Need help understanding the Affordable Care Act? If so, you can get FREE in-person help with a trained Certified Application Counselor near you! Contact one of our sites to set up an appointment and allow one of our trained Certified Application Counselors to assist you. Please bring the following items with you to your appointment: Social security numbers or immigration numbers/cards for all members of your household in need of insurance, employment and income information for all members of your household, information about any other insurance that’s available to you (even if you’re not enrolled in it).
